The Aud is a fully wheelchair-accessible facility. Key features include:

We aim to provide as many services as feasible, including:
Attendees with mobility, sensory, cognitive, or medical needs may request priority accommodations for entry and line management.
Support persons assisting an attendee with disabilities may receive complimentary admission in accordance with venue and organizational policy.
Certified service animals are welcome. Emotional support animals are not permitted unless explicitly approved by venue policy.
Service animals must remain leashed, harnessed, or otherwise under control at all times.
Accessible seating will be available at all panels, presentations, and stage events. Staff and volunteers will assist in locating and reserving appropriate seating.
Quiet spaces or low-stimulus rest areas will be provided when possible to support attendees with sensory needs or medical requirements.
Attendees may request accommodations before the event or at any time during the event. While we cannot guarantee all requests, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate whenever possible.

Keep aisles, ramps, and pathways clear
Avoid crowding or blocking mobility aids
Follow staff instructions regarding accessibility protocols
Failure to comply may result in removal from the event.
