Any special access must be requested and approved in advance.
Always ask permission before photographing individuals, especially cosplayers or children.
Do not block aisles, exits, or panel entrances when filming.
Respect “no photography” signs and guest/photo-op restrictions.
Large rigs, studio lighting, and tripods may require prior approval. Drones are prohibited.
Follow the KW Comic Con Code of Conduct at all times; abusive behavior will result in badge revocation.

Walk-up or unapproved interviews at autograph tables or backstage are not permitted.
Guest interview approvals are subject to guest management and scheduling; we cannot guarantee availability.
