Each booth includes:
One (1) 10’ x 10’ space
One (1) 8’ table
Two (2) exhibitor badges
Two (2) chairs
Booth upgrades & additional equipment must be requested in advance.
Vendors may sell goods, merchandise, or services consistent with their registration type.
All items must comply with Canadian law and KW Comic Con policies.
Prohibited items include:
Weapons (functional or unsafe replicas)
Bootleg or counterfeit merchandise
Items violating copyright, trademark, or other IP rights
All vendors must follow KW Comic Con’s Code of Conduct, safety rules, and exhibit regulations.
Set-Up: Friday, June 19, 2026, starting at 10:00 AM. No persons under 18 on the convention floor during set-up.
Tear-Down: Must be completed by 10:00 PM, Sunday, June 21, 2026.
Loading/Unloading: Use designated doors; follow instructions from staff to ensure safety and efficiency.
Keep all items within your assigned footprint; do not block aisles, doors, or neighboring booths.
No graffiti, adhesives, or unauthorized attachments to walls or building structures.
No disruptive audio; use of megaphones or loudspeakers requires written approval.
Vendors must supervise their booth at all times.
Vendors must verify age for restricted items (weapons, adult content, etc).
All sales must be conducted professionally and in accordance with applicable laws.
KW Comic Con reserves the right to remove prohibited items or vendors violating policies.
Payment must be completed in FULL by May 15, 2026.
50% Deposit of total is required upon acceptance.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 10 business days prior to the event to be eligible for a partial refund.
No refunds for no-shows or late cancellations within 10 business days of the show.
