KW Comic Con offers exhibition opportunities for Retail, Industry, and Artist vendors. Please complete the application below to be considered for a booth. Submission does not guarantee acceptance; all applications are reviewed and confirmed by our Exhibitor Coordinator.
2026 Application Guidelines
Booth Types & Pricing:
Artist Table*: $250
Vendor Inline Booth: $400
Vendor Corner Booth: $500
Exhibitor Badges:
Badges are limited based on booth type. Additional badges may be purchased separately.
Setup & Display:
All booths must comply with KW Comic Con setup rules and display restrictions.
Overhanging displays or items encroaching on adjacent spaces are prohibited.
Fire exits and walkways must remain clear.
Prohibited Items:
Weapons, prohibited merchandise, or items illegal in Canada are not permitted.
Please review the KW Comic Con Exhibitors Agreement for full details, which is sent upon acceptance.
