All exhibitors must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the convention. This includes:
Following all instructions from KW Comic Con staff and Hall Coordinators.
Keeping walkways, aisles, and neighboring booths unobstructed.
Ensuring that displays are fully contained within your assigned space.
Avoiding loud or disruptive audio, megaphones, or speakers unless pre-approved.
Failure to comply may result in warnings, removal of items, or termination of booth privileges.
Retail/Industry Booths: 10×10 space + 8' table + 2 exhibitor badges + 2 chairs
Artist Tables: 6' table + 2 badges
Half Tables: 6' shared table + 1 badge
No displays may overhang or extend into aisles or neighbor spaces.
No goods may be displayed on the floor or under tables (fire regulations).
All fire exits and equipment must remain accessible at all times.
Exhibits must be fully removed by Sunday at 10 PM.
No person under 18 years is allowed on the floor during setup or teardown.
Exhibitor badges must be worn visibly at all times.
Badges may NOT be transferred, resold, or shared.
Misuse of badges may result in revocation without refund.
Lost badges may be replaced at KWCC’s discretion (fees may apply).
KW Comic Con prohibits the sale or display of:
Bootleg, unauthorized, or counterfeit merchandise
Copyright-infringing products
AI-generated artwork (prohibited for sale or display)
Adult content accessible to minors
Illegal items under Canadian law
Violations may result in immediate expulsion from the event.
Exhibitors wishing to sell props or weapons must comply with the Props & Weapons Policy, which includes:
Functional firearms, projectile weapons, explosives
Cane swords, switchblades, throwing stars, disguised weapons
Any item prohibited under Canadian law
These items are not permitted at any time.
Sharpened blades
Realistic firearm replicas without safety indicators (orange tips)
Martial arts items
Concealed or Disguised Weapons (e.g. Cane Swords)
Anything deemed unsafe by KWCC staff
These must be removed immediately if identified.
Must be secured, peace-bonded, or behind barriers
May only be handled by attendees at point of sale under supervision
Must be sold in sealed packaging with age verification (18+ with ID)
Violations may result in confiscation, removal from the event, and contract termination.
All exhibitors must ensure:
Merchandise is fully licensed or original
No intellectual property is sold without rights-holder permission
No AI-generated pieces (partial or complete)
No unlicensed plush, figures, prints, clothing, etc.
KWCC collaborates with rights holders and law enforcement regarding infringement.
Exhibitors are responsible for their own merchandise and booth security.
KW Comic Con and The Aud do not provide insurance coverage.
KWCC is not liable for theft, loss, or damage to exhibitor goods.
Exhibitors assume full responsibility for themselves and their staff.
All fees must be paid by May 15, 2026.
Cancellation (10 business days before event): 50% refund.
KWCC may decline or revoke any exhibitor application at its sole discretion.
Non-compliance with rules may result in immediate removal without refund.
KW Comic Con reserves the right to:
Refuse any application without explanation
Remove any exhibitor violating policy
Terminate participation at any time to protect safety, legal compliance, or event integrity
Termination may occur during setup or during the event.
