Access to the Exhibitors Hall requires a valid convention badge.
Exhibitor booths offer merchandise, artwork, collectibles, and more.
Attendees should respect all booth displays and follow any posted rules.
Booths are assigned based on application, payment, and type of exhibitor (Retail, Artist, Industry).
All exhibitors must comply with KW Comic Con rules, safety regulations, and code of conduct.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis; early submission increases chances of preferred placement.
KW Comic Con welcomes artists, retailers, and industry professionals to showcase their work!
Exhibitor Types:
Retail: Sell merchandise, collectibles, and licensed products.
Artist: Sell original or transformative artwork, crafts, prints, zines, and handmade creations.
Industry: Promote companies, products, or services; sales are limited or prohibited unless approved.
Application Process:
Complete the Exhibitor Application Form online.
Submit any required documents (e.g., proof of retail status or licensing).
Wait for confirmation and booth assignment.
Deadlines & Payments:
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis; early submission is recommended.
Payment in full is required to secure your space.
Deposits may be refundable if cancellation occurs prior to the stated deadline.

All exhibitors must:
Comply with KW Comic Con rules and the Exhibitor Agreement.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.
Ensure displays do not encroach on adjacent spaces or block aisles/exits.
Follow all venue safety, fire, and accessibility regulations.
Wear exhibitor badges at all times; badges are non-transferable.
Setup & Teardown:
Set-up times will be communicated in advance; no persons under 18 allowed during setup.
Teardown must be completed within the scheduled time.
Exhibitors are responsible for all materials and booth security.
Prohibited Conduct:
Harassment or unsafe behavior.
Unauthorized use of amplified sound or signage.
Distribution of prohibited items (see Weapons & Props Policy).
