Most programming is volunteer-led. Compensation is determined case-by-case for special guests or contracted presenters.
We provide basic A/V (mics, projector) depending on the room. Panelists should bring adapters and any special equipment.
Submit a Guest Application (professional applicants only) or use the Recommend a Guest form to suggest talent.
Reviews take several weeks. Our Guest Relations team will contact approved applicants; recommended guests may or may not be pursued.
Some guests charge fees. Pricing and availability are published on guest profiles when confirmed.
Visit the Volunteers page and fill out the volunteer application form. Volunteer roles, shifts, and perks are outlined there.
Volunteers typically receive a volunteer badge, break access, and sometimes other appreciation items. Details depend on role and shift length.
Use the Media/Press Application form (embedded on the Media page). Provide links to relevant samples and outlet information.
Media badges allow coverage in public areas and access to media zones (space permitting). They do not guarantee backstage access or interviews without prior approval.
