Additional badges or equipment must be requested in advance.
Only original, personal, or transformative works are permitted.
Prohibited: bootleg, unauthorized copyrighted material, or AI-generated content.
Acceptable items may include:
Prints, comics, zines
Handmade crafts
Commissions and original artwork
All work must comply with Canadian law and KW Comic Con policies.
Set-Up: Friday, June 19, 2026, starting at 10:00 AM. No persons under 18 on the convention floor during set-up.
Tear-Down: Must be completed by 10:00 PM, Sunday, June 21, 2026.
Loading/Unloading: Use designated doors; follow instructions from staff to ensure safety and efficiency.
Stay within your assigned table footprint; no encroaching into aisles or adjacent tables.
Keep your area tidy and free of clutter.
No disruptive noises or behaviors; maintain a professional environment.
Staff and volunteers have the final authority for safety or behavior concerns.
All participants must adhere to the KW Comic Con Code of Conduct and Exhibitor Policies.
Payment must be completed in FULL by May 15, 2026.
50% Deposit of total is required upon acceptance.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 10 business days prior to the event to be eligible for a partial refund.
No refunds for no-shows or late cancellations within 10 business days of the show.
