Autograph Policy

• All autographs, signatures, photo-ops, and merchandise purchases from guests are subject to the guest’s individual pricing and availability.

• Guests may set their own rules regarding:

  • Signature limits

  • Personalization

  • Types of items they will or will not sign

  • Additional fees (e.g., inscriptions, quotes, props)

• Not all guests may offer autographs. Some may offer photo-ops only, while others may participate in panel sessions only.

• Please follow staff directions and posted signage at each guest’s table

• Autograph and photo-op prices are set directly by each guest or their management.

• Prices will be posted at the guest’s table and/or on the event website when provided in advance.

• Most guests accept cash; some may accept debit, credit, or digital payments at their discretion.

• KW Comic Con does not control guest pricing and is not responsible for payment disputes between guests and attendees.

• Staff will manage autograph lines to ensure safety and accessibility.

• Line access may require:

  • A numbered ticket or virtual queue

  • Time-limited return windows

  • Wristbands for high-demand guests

• Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Missed time slots may result in forfeiture of your place in line.

• Cutting in line, holding places for large groups, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the queue.

• Guest schedules are subject to change at any time, including late arrivals, early departures, or cancellations.

• Cancellations may occur due to:

  • Travel issues

  • Filming schedules

  • Illness

  • Personal emergencies=

• KW Comic Con will update attendees as quickly as possible regarding changes.

• Refunds for pre-purchased photo-ops or autographs (if offered) will follow the policy of the guest’s management.

Items must be family-friendly and appropriate for a public event.

Prohibited items include:

• Weapons (real or replica) unless approved under the props policy

• Pornographic or explicit imagery

• Items that violate copyright or trademark laws (bootlegs, unlicensed merchandise)

Guests may refuse to sign any item at their sole discretion.

Staff may inspect items before presenting them to guests.

• Some guests allow selfies at the table, while others require paid photo-ops only.

• Always ask staff before taking photos.

• Respect personal boundaries — no hugging, lifting, or posing that involves physical contact unless explicitly approved by the guest.

• Keep bags, large props, and strollers clear of the table area for safety.

• KW Comic Con aims to make all autograph sessions accessible.

• If you require mobility, visual, or auditory accommodations, please speak with staff at the autograph area.

• Line accommodations may include:

  • Priority entry

  • Alternate waiting areas

  • Seated waiting

• For safety, service animals must remain with their handlers at all times.

• Harassment, disruptive behavior, or disrespect toward guests, staff, or other attendees will not be tolerated.

• All interactions must follow the event’s Code of Conduct & Anti-Harassment Policy.

• Failure to follow rules may result in:

  • Removal from the autograph area

  • Loss of autograph/photo-op privileges

  • Removal from the event without refund
