Cosplay must be family-friendly. Costumes should be appropriately fitted and may not expose excessive nudity.
Cosplayers must ensure their costumes do not impede movement, block walkways, or create hazards for themselves or others.
All attendees must follow staff instructions regarding safety checks, photography rules, and prop inspections.
Cosplay is not consent. Touching, photographing, or approaching someone in costume requires clear permission.
Harassment—verbal, physical, or online—will not be tolerated.
Do not mock, criticize, or insult anyone’s costume, body, skill level, or materials.
All props must comply with the event’s Props & Weapons Policy and must be peacebonded upon entry.
No functional weapons, sharp blades, metal projectiles, or props that fire any projectile.
Oversized props must not exceed safe carrying limits, and may not be swung or used in a manner that could injure bystanders.
Staff reserve the right to refuse or revoke approval of any prop at any time.
