We do not collect government ID numbers or payment card details. Payments made through ticketing platforms are handled by third-party processors.

Access is limited strictly to individuals who require the information to perform event-related duties:

• KW Comic Con organizers & department leads

• Registration & volunteer coordination teams

• Guest relations and media/press coordinators

• Security teams (only for safety-related data)

All staff and volunteers handling personal data are expected to follow confidentiality guidelines.

Information collected through Forms and our website are stored securely within our Workspace environment.

Retention periods:

• General attendee inquiries: up to 12 months

• Volunteer applications: up to 24 months

• Media/press applications: up to 24 months

• Vendor/exhibitor data: retained only for event operational needs

• Incident reports: stored as long as required for safety or legal compliance

You may request deletion of your information at any time.

KW Comic Con is a public event and photos or video may be taken by:

• Event photography staff

• Media/press with approved badges

• Other attendees in public areas

By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in event photos or footage.
If you have privacy concerns, please speak with our staff and we will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.

No photography is permitted in restricted areas or where signage indicates otherwise.
