Safety hazards or unsafe conduct

Medical or security concerns
Any behaviour that makes you feel unsafe or uncomfortable
If the situation is an immediate threat to safety, please locate the nearest staff member or security personnel before filling out the form.

For the most effective response, please provide:
Date and time of the incident
Location (hall, booth number, room, etc.)
Names or descriptions of individuals involved (if known)
Description of what happened
Names of any witnesses
Any supporting evidence (photos, screenshots, etc.)
Your contact information (optional but helpful)
Once a report is received:
It is immediately reviewed by the Safety Team or designated senior staff.
You may be contacted for clarification or additional information (if not anonymous).
A preliminary assessment is performed to determine next steps.
Appropriate action will be taken, which may include:
Verbal warnings
Removal from the event
Documentation for future bans
Involvement of venue security or local authorities
We will handle all reports with discretion and respect for your privacy.
Retaliation against anyone who files a report or cooperates with an investigation is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the event or further disciplinary action.
