KW Comic Con welcomes diverse, engaging, and community-focused programming. Whether you want to host a panel discussion, run an interactive workshop, submit a film screening, or propose a special event, we invite you to apply below.
All program submissions are reviewed by our Programming Department. Due to limited time and space, not all proposals can be approved — but we carefully consider every submission.
Types of Programming You Can Apply For
🎤 Panels
A panel is a discussion-based session such as fandom conversations, educational talks, interviews, Q&A sessions, or topic-based presentations. Panels may feature single or multiple hosts.
Length: 45–60 minutes
Requirements: None beyond standard A/V unless specified.
🛠 Workshops
Workshops are interactive, hands-on sessions that teach a skill or guide participants through an activity (e.g., crafting, writing, cosplay building, drawing).
Length: 60–90 minutes
Requirements: Any material costs or special equipment must be outlined in your application.
🎬 Screenings
Screenings include independent films, shorts, documentaries, animation blocks, or fan film showcases.
Length: Variable
Requirements: You must have all necessary screening rights or permissions.
⭐ Special Events
Special Events include unique programming that does not fit into the above categories—game shows, contests, live performances, meetups, demonstrations, etc.
Length: Determined case-by-case
Requirements: Provide full details on space, setup, staffing, and A/V needs.
How to Apply
We use the same application form for:
