All individuals must wear an official event badge visibly on their person at all times while inside the venue.
Badges must remain intact, unaltered, and attached to the official lanyard or holder provided at registration.
Event staff reserve the right to request visual inspection of a badge at any time.
KW Comic Con issues multiple badge types, including but not limited to:
For general admission attendees. Grants access to public event areas during stated hours.
For vendors and exhibitors. Grants early access to the Vendor Hall during set-up and tear-down, and standard access during show hours.
Exhibitor badges may not be used by non-exhibiting friends, family members, or customers.
Issued to authorized personnel working the event.
Staff/volunteers must adhere to all staff conduct policies and may not lend badges to others.
Provided to invited guests, performers, panelists, and industry partners.
Guest badge use is limited to the individual for whom it was issued.
Optional identifiers for attendees requiring accommodations.
These do not grant line-skipping privileges unless otherwise stated in the Accessibility Policy.
Badges may be picked up at Registration during designated hours (TBA on the event website).
A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented.
Attendees who purchased multiple badges must be present for each badge pickup unless approved arrangements are made in advance.
Lost, stolen, or damaged badges must be reported immediately to Registration or event staff.
Replacement badges may be issued at the discretion of KW Comic Con staff and may require:
Verification of identity
Proof of purchase
A replacement fee (if applicable)
Badges that have been intentionally altered or damaged may be confiscated without refund.
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
Sharing/Reselling/Transferring badges to another person
Duplicating or modifying badges in any form
Using false identification to obtain or pick up a badge
Entering restricted areas that your badge type does not authorize
Violation of these rules may result in badge revocation, removal from the event, and/or a ban from future events.
KW Comic Con reserves the right to revoke any badge at any time for violations of:
Convention Rules
Code of Conduct / Anti-Harassment Policy
Weapons / Props Policies
Any venue or safety regulations
Any action deemed
KW Comic Con also reserves the right to revoke or deny any badge, at its sole discretion, if it determines that such action is necessary for the safety, integrity, or best interests of the event, attendees, staff, or venue. Revoked individuals may be removed from the premises and may be subject to bans from future events.
No refunds will be issued for revoked badges.Unless otherwise stated, badges are non-transferable.
Refunds, if available, follow the terms and deadlines announced each year.
