Registration Rules

• General Admission (GA): Access to the show floor, panels, and exhibits for the purchased day(s).

• VIP Admission: Includes GA access plus early entry, exclusive merchandise, or special events as specified at purchase.

• Guest Badge: Access granted to special guests, speakers, or celebrity participants. Not transferable to general attendees.

• Media/Press Badge: Access granted to journalists, photographers, or media personnel covering KW Comic Con. May include additional backstage or press areas. Not transferable.

• Exhibitor/Artist Badges: Access granted to registered vendors, artists, or exhibitors. Not transferable to attendees.

⚠️ Tickets and badges are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted.

• Tickets can be purchased online via The Aud official website.

• At the event, attendees must present a valid ticket or badge for entry.

• Registration is required for all attendees, including:

  • General Admission (GA) and VIP ticket holders

  • Guest Badge holders (special guests, speakers, or celebrities)

  • Media/Press Badge holders (journalists, photographers, or media personnel)

• Guest and Media/Press badges may require pre-registration and verification by KW Comic Con staff before entry.

• All tickets and badges are subject to verification at entry. Fraudulent tickets or misrepresentation may result in denial of entry.

• Attendees may be required to present government-issued photo ID:

  • To verify age for age-restricted panels or merchandise

  • For VIP or special-access areas

  • For Guest Badge holders to confirm identity and role

  • For Media/Press Badge holders to verify credentials and press status

• Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when required.

• Staff may request ID at any point during the event to confirm badge ownership or eligibility for restricted areas.

• Tickets are non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by KW Comic Con.

• Refunds due to cancellation will be issued minus a processing fee.

• Exchanges may be considered at the sole discretion of KW Comic Con if requested in advance.

• Guest Badge and Media/Press Badge holders must notify KW Comic Con prior to the event for any changes or cancellations.

• Any attempted refund or exchange after the event starts will not be permitted.

• Lost, stolen, or forgotten tickets/badges must be reported immediately to registration staff.

• Replacement badges may incur a replacement fee and require valid government-issued ID for verification.

• Guest Badge and Media/Press Badge holders must contact the registration team directly for replacement, as additional verification may be required.

• Attendees are responsible for keeping their tickets/badges safe throughout the event.

• Failure to present a valid badge may result in denial of entry until proper verification is completed.

• All attendees must follow instructions from registration staff, security, and event personnel.

• Line-cutting, harassment, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.

• Guest Badge and Media/Press Badge holders are expected to comply with any special access rules or verification procedures.

• Staff may deny entry or remove any attendee who refuses to follow instructions or engages in disruptive behavior.

• Violations may result in:

  • Denial of entry

  • Immediate removal from the event without refund

  • Future event bans, if necessary
